Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients

Egg

White Rice

Soy Sauce

Spring Onions

Water

Sea Salt

Oil

Method

  1. Fill the medium sized pot with water until half full then put sea salt in and bring to a boil.

  2. Put Rice into a Sieve and wash under cold water

  3. Put rice in the boiling water and boil until rice is soft

  4. Put the cooked rice into a sieve until all of the water has drained out

  5. Crack an egg into a cup and beat with a fork

  6. Wash then chop the spring onions

  7. Put oil and spread around the wok

  8. Add rice then add egg and onions and then use the fish slice to move the rice and egg round the wok

  9. Drizzle with soy sauce and then serve
