Egg Fried Rice
Ingredients
Egg
White Rice
Soy Sauce
Spring Onions
Water
Sea Salt
Oil
Method
-
Fill the medium sized pot with water until half full then put sea salt in and bring to a boil.

Put Rice into a Sieve and wash under cold water

Put rice in the boiling water and boil until rice is soft
-
Put the cooked rice into a sieve until all of the water has drained out

Crack an egg into a cup and beat with a fork
-
Wash then chop the spring onions
-
Put oil and spread around the wok
-
Add rice then add egg and onions and then use the fish slice to move the rice and egg round the wok
-
Drizzle with soy sauce and then serve
