Scotch Pancakes
Ingredients
230g Plain Flour 75g Caster Sugar 1 Tsp Baking Powder 2 eggs Milk

Method

Add dry ingredients into a mixing bowl then combine

Add in the eggs and combine the mixture together

Whisk and add milk until a thin batter consistency is formed

Dry fry in a non-stick pan over medium heat

When all the bubbles pop flip and fry the other side until golden brown
