Scotch Pancakes

Ingredients

230g Plain Flour 75g Caster Sugar 1 Tsp Baking Powder 2 eggs Milk

Method

  1. Add dry ingredients into a mixing bowl then combine

  2. Add in the eggs and combine the mixture together

  3. Whisk and add milk until a thin batter consistency is formed

  4. Dry fry in a non-stick pan over medium heat

  5. When all the bubbles pop flip and fry the other side until golden brown
